The January 2022 real estate market in Truro and Bible Hill is an interesting one for sure. We are still seeing a lot of people wanting to buy homes and not a lot of options for them to buy. The supply and demand issue is really driving prices upward but I do expect to see it settle and little end of March to mid April as more listings come to market. If you were thinking of listing this is definitely the time to do it if you want to get top dollar. If you are trying to buy please do not be discouraged. I have still been working with all of my buyers and have been having luck getting accepted offers for them by being creative and competitive in our offers, by doing research on the market comps for every property they want to offer on before we offer, by acting quickly when booking viewing and writing offers and by being patient and not getting down when we lose out.
